The Brave Little Toaster is a 1987 animated movie that, while distributed by Disney, was created by a small group of independent artists.
Many of the artist working on The Brave Little Toaster would later found the animation studio Pixar.
Granted maybe that's why every now and then we get some other great anti-capitalist content (such as A Bugs Life)
The Movie is based on a 1980 novella of the same name. In this book the author Thomas Dish wrote a story that paralleled many realities of living under capitalism.
